Mr. Haeuser has been a lawyer in Sonoma since 1974. He is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law, State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization, as well as an Accredited Estate Planner certified by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. As a general practitioner, Mr. Haeuser is also experienced in business formations and sales, real estate sales and transactions, construction law, and non-profit and tax-exempt corporation law.

Legal memberships include the California State Bar Association, the Sonoma County Bar Association, and the Redwood Empire Estate Planning Counsel.

In the community arena, Mr. Haeuser is a member of the Professional Advisory Group of Community Foundation Sonoma County and the Secretary/Treasurer of its Sonoma affiliate, Sonoma Valley Fund. He is currently President of the Board of Sonoma City Opera and an advisor/volunteer for FISH, Vintage House Senior Center, and Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau.

He has been on the boards of the following: Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce; Sonoma Community Center; United Way of Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake; Sonoma State Historic Park Association; Sonoma Valley Library Advisory Board; City of Sonoma Parks and Recreation Commission; and General Vallejo Memorial Association.

In addition, for many years he was in charge of the Sonoma Fourth of July Parade and he was the chair of the First Annual Building Fund for St. Francis Solano School.

Anthony Valluzzo

Anthony is a general practitioner focusing on tax and estate planning. He is a transplant from the Bay Area where he worked as a solo attorney in tax and estate planning. Prior to that he was employed as a tax associate at PricwaterhouseCoopers, LLP. While there he specialized in compliance issues concerning individuals, trusts, and privately held businesses.

Anthony graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law where he focused on tax law and estate planning. Before that he received his Masters degree in economics from the London School of Economics in London, England. He subsequently worked in economic policy research at the Public Policy Institute of California in San Francisco. Originally from Seattle, he completed undergraduate degrees in philosophy and economics at Seattle University.
